Our Mission
OhioLicenseCheck.com was built to solve a real problem: Ohio licensed professionals — nurses, doctors, engineers, pharmacists, accountants, and many others — sometimes let their licenses expire because the state does not send renewal reminders and manually checking the eLicense portal every few months is not realistic.
An expired professional license can mean fines, disciplinary action, loss of employment, and in some fields, criminal charges. Our goal is to ensure that never happens to anyone in Ohio by providing free, automated renewal alerts that give professionals plenty of time to act.

Our Data Source
All license data comes directly from the official Ohio eLicense Portal operated by the State of Ohio. Our system queries the portal in real time for individual lookups and refreshes cached data nightly for our notification system. We do not create or modify license records.
