OhioLicenseCheck.com provides a free service to look up professional license information from the Ohio eLicense portal and to send automated expiry notifications. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the State of Ohio or any Ohio licensing board.

3. Accuracy of Data

License data is retrieved from the publicly available Ohio eLicense portal. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranty regarding the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of this data. For official license status, always verify directly with the applicable Ohio licensing board.

We are not responsible for any professional, legal, or financial consequences arising from reliance on data provided by this service.

4. Notification Service

Alerts are sent based on our nightly refresh schedule (approximately 2AM ET). We do not guarantee delivery of any specific notification. License expiry is the responsibility of the license holder, regardless of whether a notification was received.

5. API Usage

API access is provided free of charge to verified business accounts. You agree not to:

• Resell or redistribute API access
• Use the API to build a competing service without permission
• Exceed reasonable usage limits or attempt to overload our systems
• Use the API for any unlawful purpose
